Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Washington, DC to drive in-store guest experience, provide technical product education, and lead store floor operations as part of the leadership team. You will coach teammates, influence hiring decisions, and help achieve daily sales targets while maintaining an inclusive, high-energy environment.

As part of the store leadership, you will open/close, monitor store metrics, and ensure guest satisfaction while fostering development and belonging

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business needs.
• Prepare the store for guests and maintain operational excellence.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and team performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
