Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Downtown Summerlin is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a contract role through January 2027. You will lead the floor, provide technical product education, and help drive daily sales targets with the store leadership team.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, open/close the store, and analyze daily metrics to improve performance while maintaining an inclusive, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience, including guest resolution.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty and drive store performance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily metrics and motivate the team toward sales goals.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence throughout shifts.
