Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Westgate Outlet is seeking a Guest Experience Lead for a seasonal contract OCT-JAN. You will lead from the floor, deliver technical product education, and drive store performance through guest experience and daily sales goals.

You will participate in hiring, coach staff, and foster an inclusive, engaging environment. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience and some leadership experience, with the ability to travel to assigned store as needed and to work

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in retail or customer experience.
Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
Continuously assess guest connection and product education, ensuring each guest receives education and assistance as needed.
Move dynamically and lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business, team, and guest needs.
Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts.
Open and close the store following procedures.
Review daily data and metrics to track sales and motivate the team toward targets.
Participate in hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
Address team performance and provide feedback and development opportunities.
