Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store guest experience and lead a team on the floor. You will provide technical product education and help the store meet daily sales targets while contributing to hiring and development of staff.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and prior mentoring or leadership involvement. The position is onsite, with a focus on inclusive, collaborative teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or customer experience preferred.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide or facilitate technical product education to guests as needed.
• Oversee store operations as Supervisor on Duty and support daily sales targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to drive performance.
