Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive in-store guest experiences through technical product education and leadership on the floor. As part of the store leadership team, you will help achieve daily sales targets and coach team members to deliver outstanding service.

This contract role requires leading from the floor, ensuring readiness, and contributing to hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience and product education.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to manage store needs and guest requests.
• Monitor daily metrics and help drive sales goals and team performance.
• Participate in hiring decisions, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support growth and development.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and energetic store environment.
