Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to create an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Open/close the store and ensure shift readiness and operational excellence.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Offer direct feedback and support team development through coaching and recognition.
