lululemon Athletica Inc. Burlington Mall Store is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive exceptional guest service on the sales floor, provide technical product education, and support store leadership in achieving daily sales targets.

The role includes Supervisory on Duty duties, involvement in hiring, coaching, and maintaining store operations. Flex shifts and in-store collaboration are required for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsabilités

• Lead the guest experience on the floor to deliver inclusive, high-caliber service.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when other team members are unavailable.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to meet business and guest needs.
• Ensure store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Coach team members with feedback and recognize performance in the moment.
