Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service at the bowling center. You will manage lane flow and assist guests with equipment while maintaining a clean, welcoming desk area.

The role requires flexible shifts, cash handling and POS familiarity, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive guest experience. Training covers 401(k) details and equal opportunity information.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and point-of-sales systems.
• Spirit and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and direct guests with spirit.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer needs.
• Schedule bowling lanes and equipment.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist guests with equipment selection (shoes, etc.).
• Process lane reservations, walk-ins, and assignments.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Keep desk area clean and organized.
• Manage equipment cleaning and organization (shoes).
• Notify staff of mechanical issues and assist team.
• Promote teamwork and communicate guest concerns to the manager.
