Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests with Spirit.
• Show Excellence by maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer needs.
• Manage the scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist guests in selecting equipment, such as shoes.
• Process lane reservations, walk-in requests, and lane assignments.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
• Manage equipment cleaning and organization (e.g., shoes).
• Notify when mechanical issues arise; promote teamwork.
• Communicate customer concerns to manager on duty.
