Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment seeks a Front Desk Attendant to serve as the guests' first contact and start their visit with a positive note. You will help maximize lane usage and equipment flow while delivering prompt, courteous service at the front of house.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing lane reservations, handling payments, guiding guests on pricing and promotions, and maintaining a clean, organized desk area. Flexibility to work varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and direct guests with Spirit.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer needs.
• Manage scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist guests in selecting equipment such as shoes.
• Process lane reservations, walk-ins, and lane assignments.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Keep desk area clean and organized.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization (shoes).
• Notify Mechanic/Pinsetter Technician of any issues.
• Promote teamwork by assisting coworkers.
• Escalate customer concerns to the manager on duty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
