Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to greet guests, direct them with enthusiasm, and start every visit on a positive note. You will manage lane scheduling, educate guests on pricing and promotions, handle payments, and support a smooth front-of-house operation in a fun, fast-paced bowling environment.

Excellent communication, reliability, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellence in interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and point-of-sales systems.
• Spirit; flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests with enthusiasm.
• Manage lane scheduling and equipment flow.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Process lane reservations and walk-ins.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
• Assist co-workers to promote teamwork.
• Notify manager of any issues or concerns.
