Job summary

Triple Shift Entertainment is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests and manage lane reservations with a friendly, efficient approach. You will handle payments, explain pricing and promotions, and keep the front desk organized while coordinating with the mechanics for any issues.

This role requires strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced bowling environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiar with cash handling and point-of-sales systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong time management and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests with Spirit.
• Manage the scheduling of bowling lanes and equipment.
• Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle cash and electronic payments.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area.
• Notify maintenance staff promptly of issues.
• Promote teamwork and assist coworkers as needed.
