Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. You will handle phone and in-person interactions, manage bookings, and help drive guest satisfaction and sales across salon and retail areas.

The role requires a passion for beauty, excellent guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge and service options clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Booking system).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Support services team with calls, bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Invite guests to try services and promote promotions and events with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with Ulta Beauty policies and safety standards.
