Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and services in-store. You will support the Experience Manager and schedule appointments, handle bookings, and drive service and retail sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This entry-level role requires strong communication, customer service skills, and the ability to collaborate with stylists and team members. Flexibility for days/evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, booking system).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions in-store.
• Assist with salon phone calls, bookings, guest records, and flow of salon traffic.
• Suggest add-on services and drive service and retail sales to meet goals.
• Maintain scheduling, guest records, and ensure compliance with procedures.
