Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon and store services, and support service bookings both in-store and via phone. You will represent Ulta’s image, assist with guest records, and drive service and retail sales while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with the Experience Manager and salon team to deliver a 360° guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology and devices used in-store.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and deliver guest-focused service.
• Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills for guests and team members.
• Able to troubleshoot guest issues and inquiries.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in-store and over the phone to promote Ulta Beauty services and products.
• Support the Experience Manager and assistants with service bookings and guest records.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Assist with scheduling, events, and in-store promotions to drive service sales.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with stylists and team members to enhance the guest experience.
