Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services through in-person and phone interactions. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistants by focusing on service and retail sales, guest experience, and store procedures.

Ideal candidates have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn salon services and product knowledge quickly; flexible schedule required to cover days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about basic technology (POS, Apple devices, service booking system).
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent guest service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to troubleshoot guest issues and resolve concerns.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services and guest loyalty through in-store and phone interactions.
• Answer salon phone calls, manage service bookings, and assist guests in-store.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Support service providers with scheduling, rebooking, and new guest acquisition.
• Inform guests about promotions and events and recommend services/products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
