Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests, promote salon services, and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager. You will focus on service/retail sales, guest loyalty, and ensuring a 360° positive guest experience in-store and in the salon.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and product knowledge. Flexible schedule, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, scheduling system).

Responsibilities

• Drive store goals in retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Manage service bookings, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Promote services and events to guests with knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
