Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon services, driving sales and delivering a 360° guest experience within the store. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through service bookings, events, and product recommendations.

The role requires 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Flexibility for a dynamic retail schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and service booking tools.
• Strong sales, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Answer salon phone calls, resolve guest concerns, manage booking system and guest records.
• Promote services and events with knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Support service providers with scheduling and guest acquisition activities.
• Assist in booking appointments and events to deliver an optimal guest experience.
