Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven sales and customer service capability.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with using technology in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in-store and over the phone.
• Assist with salon bookings, service promotions, and managing the services booking system.
• Acknowledge guests and offer knowledgeable product and service recommendations.
• Support the services team with scheduling, guest records, and store traffic flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon and sales floor and adhere to safety standards.
• Collaborate with managers, stylists, and skin therapists to grow the business.
