Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the United States (Illinois) to support the Restaurant Manager, develop Crew and Shift Leaders, and drive guest satisfaction and profitable top-line sales. You will help recruit, coach, and monitor performance while upholding brand standards and safety policies.

The role focuses on staff development, guest service excellence, and operational excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

Fluent English required.
Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
Basic computer skills required.
At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
Basic writing skills expected.
High School diploma, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
Communicate job expectations to employees.
Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance; address concerns promptly.
Support development of team members.
Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed to meet guest service goals.
Maintain safe, clean, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
Help implement action plans; drive production, productivity, quality and guest service standards.
Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement improvements.
