Workstream is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Dunkin team in Illinois. The role focuses on coaching crew and shift leaders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving profitable top-line sales.

You will work under the Restaurant Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain brand standards, and manage costs while upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Competenze

• Fluent in English required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Basic writing skills are needed.
• Proficiency in math and financial management is expected.
