Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts franchisee in Illinois seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in building a strong team and delivering great guest experiences while driving top-line sales.

You will help recruit and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, ensure brand standards, coaching, and training, and manage costs and operations to maintain safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Able to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing (English).
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote a team environment by coaching and providing feedback, recognizing achievements, and communicating effectively.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and training of Crew Members and Shift Leaders.
• Support development through cross-training, deployment, and delegation of responsibilities.
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance, addressing concerns promptly.
• Drive sales through the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Delegate and lead processes to control labor costs, food costs, and cash.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are maintained.
