Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to lead front-line teams and ensure high-quality guest service. You will supervise staff, manage daily store operations, and uphold safety and quality standards during your shift.

The role requires handling cash transactions, coordinating with the Store Manager, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest. Shift flexibility is needed to cover mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience supervising and coaching other associates.
• Familiarity with cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS and gas console.
• Ability to follow policies and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, assign duties, coach and train shift leaders.
• Oversee store administration, orders, deliveries, and paperwork.
• Deliver the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare DipSide items and maintain product presentation.
• Operate POS and gas consoles accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves, ensure freshness, and monitor stock rotation.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and other required reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
