Job summary

UDF is seeking an Assistant Manager in Cincinnati, OH to deliver outstanding Guest service following the Hi Five framework. You will help manage associates, oversee daily store operations, and ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions and make change.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates, coaching and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Ensure proper store administration, including paperwork and reports as directed by Store Manager.
