Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store manager to lead a busy team and deliver WOW customer service, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and strong daily performance.

You will oversee opening and closing, cash handling, stock receiving, merchandising, and staff training while partnering with the store leadership team to grow sales and control expenses.

This role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• WOW the customer through personal contact and train crew on service excellence.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Open/close store responsibly, handle cash, alarms and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and optimize merchandising and costs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
