Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store-management oriented role, focusing on leading crew to deliver WOW customer service and meeting brand standards at the front of the store. You will train staff, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure merchandising is set to planogram standards.

Applicants should have at least two years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; creative thinking; handle pressure calmly.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and trains crew on BEST service.
• Leads store to achieve customer service score goals as directed by the District Manager.
• Directs front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Maintains front-end equipment and trains associates; handles opening/closing tasks.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew; partners with store manager.
