Job summary

Five Below Inc in the United States is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew, and deliver WOW service at checkout. You will recruit, coach, and develop team members, ensuring fast, friendly experiences for every guest.

You will oversee opening/closing, manage cash handling, and drive sales while controlling costs. Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising standards and comprehensive service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service and fast checkout.
• Train crew on BEST customer service; oversee daily store operations.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty; handle staff, customer service, and issues.
• Open/close store; secure cash, alarms, and daily setup.
• Support onboarding and training to improve performance.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
