Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role to ensure a WOW customer experience and smooth daily operations. You will manage crew activities, train staff on the BEST service standards, and oversee opening/closing procedures to secure cash and alarms.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and efficient checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.

• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and issues.
