Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, greet guests, and ensure smooth store operations. The role focuses on supervision, coaching, and maintaining high standards across cash handling, POS, safety, and customer care.

You will lead by example to deliver an excellent shopping experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. A reliable vehicle and ability to work varied shifts are required.

Qualificações

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (floor, stock, register).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during shift.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (cooler/outdoor).
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise employees to ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operation policies and procedures.
• Operate the POS and manage cash levels.
• Perform store housekeeping (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks where applicable.
• Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
