Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee staff, ensure store objectives, and manage daily operations. You will coaching team members, greet guests, and enforce safety and quality standards to deliver a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include supervising cash handling, maintaining stock levels, addressing guest inquiries, and coordinating vendor check-ins. Flexibility in hours and reliable transportation are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to access all areas of the store (floor, stock, register).
• Able to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (cooler, outdoors, etc.).
• Reliable transportation required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to improve tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies and procedures.
• Operate POS; maintain cash levels as supervised.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash.
• Ensure 24/7 execution of guest service programs and processes.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards and checks.
• Replenish products to keep in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
