Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff and organize work processes to meet store objectives. The role emphasizes guest engagement, coaching, and adherence to safety and operational standards.

You will manage cash-related tasks at the POS, ensure products are in stock, address guest inquiries, and coordinate vendor check-ins. Flexibility for day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts is required to sustain guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Provide coaching to improve task performance.
• Greet guests and create a positive shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Handle cash processes and maintain proper cash levels at the POS.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards and manage cash, deposits, and related activities.
• Maintain store housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Support 24/7 guest service programs and processes.
• Address guest inquiries and handle returns or complaints.
