Job summary

Cumberland Farms in Nashua, NH is seeking a Guest Service Leader to help run store operations and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will greet guests, coach teammates, and ensure in-stock, clean, and organized conditions to make shopping fast, easy and pleasant.

This role offers both part-time and full-time schedules, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Base pay is complemented by a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and invite repeat visits.
• Process guest transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Keep store clean, organized, and stocked including coffee/food areas.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management on replenishment.
• In Manager's absence, assist with reports, ordering and banking as needed.
• Lead by example and train teammates on service behaviors.
• Support food service operations and uphold safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
