Cumberland Farms in Florida seeks a dynamic Guest Service Leader to drive store excellence and guest satisfaction. You will greet guests warmly, coach team members, and lead by example while supporting store operations and ensuring in-stock conditions.

The role offers a mix of part-time and full-time hours, with opportunities to develop leadership skills, advance within the company, and participate in employee benefits programs.

Competenze

• Experience as Guest Service Associate or similar role.
• 6-12 months retail, guest service or restaurant experience.
• ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and deliver excellent service.
• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and shift leadership.
• Coach team members on service behaviors and guest interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels for a fast, pleasant guest experience.
• Process transactions efficiently to minimize guest wait times.
