Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide Team Members on shift, coaching and developing staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will ensure adherence to procedures, maintain cleanliness, and oversee cash handling and POS operations.

The role requires 18+ and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance, with opportunities for growth within a trusted quick-service brand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu items are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Oversees that assigned duties are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties as required on shift checklists.
• Follows proper product preparation procedures and stock handling.
• Maintains cash handling integrity and accurate bank deposits.
• Completes Shift Leader certification program.
