Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff.
• Does high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
• Follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
• Handle money accurately and operate a POS system.
• Work in a busy restaurant environment.
• Restaurant experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and manage waiting lists as necessary.
• Provide menus and answer initial questions.
• Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas.
• Assign guests to tables while balancing rotation for servers.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to complaints and help resolve them.
