Job summary

Pinnacle Golf Club is seeking friendly, organized Hosts/Hostesses to oversee seating, greet guests, and coordinate with servers to balance workloads.

You will answer phones, take reservations, share event information, and help maintain a smooth flow of guests from arrival to seating, while keeping the host station clean and welcoming.

Previous hosting experience is preferred, and tips on carry-out orders are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hosting role is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling phone calls and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee table assignments and seating to ensure efficient flow of guests.
• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their designated tables.
• Answer incoming calls, take reservations, and provide event information.
