Job summary

Invited is seeking a Host to welcome members and guests, seat them promptly, and uphold the welcoming atmosphere of our club. You will manage the host podium, coordinate with service staff, and contribute to a seamless dining experience.

The role requires professionalism, the ability to handle confidential information, and strong communication. Prior hospitality exposure and a neat appearance are preferred; daily briefings and flexible hours are typical for this operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Strong ability to handle confidential member information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and manage seating.
• Maintain host podium organization and assist with member services.
• Engage with members professionally, staying calm under pressure.
• Support service staff to uphold Invited service standards.
• Manage daily tasks, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness.
