Responsibilities

• Taking reservations over the phone and in person
• Maintaining a call ahead waitlist
• Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
• Greeting, checking in, and seating guests
• Providing exceptional guests service
• Handling cash and credit card transactions for To-Go orders
• Assisting in opening and closing duties
• Coordinating with wait staff about reservations and seating
• Answering phones and responding to guest inquiries promptly
• Providing menu recommendations and information
• Checking in guests and creating memberships at the door
• Maintaining a clean reception area and giving warm farewells
