Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Guest Service Host to be the first point of contact for guests and vendors at our gaming cafes. This role blends customer service with operational duties to ensure an outstanding experience, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

You will handle cash, deposits, and tips, manage a touch-sensitive POS, uphold 21+ alcohol/gambling rules, and collaborate with managers to keep the floor energized and compliant.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and/carry 15 pounds.
• Active floor presence for periods exceeding 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of service environment and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests and vendors.
• Anticipate customer needs by actively listening and offering tailored solutions.
• Be knowledgeable of gaming machines, games, and features; resolve machine issues.
• Promote marketing initiatives consistently to every guest.
• Document guest activity and maintain accurate records.
• Keep café, gaming areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces and common areas clean and tidy.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, daily deposits and tips.
• Enforce age checks for alcohol/gambling and comply with regulations.
• Communicate business needs and safety concerns to management.
