Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Guest Service Host to serve as the first point of contact for guests and vendors at our gaming cafes. You will deliver outstanding service, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while supporting cash handling and basic food/beverage service.

The role requires 21+ age, reliable transportation, and ability to work a floor presence for extended periods, with a focus on customer satisfaction and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use a POS system and handle cash responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Promote marketing initiatives and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of café, gaming areas, and restrooms.
• Record guest activity and transactions accurately, including cash handling and deposits.
• Identify and resolve machine issues or report them promptly.
• Assist with food and beverage service and ensure quality standards.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements and support inspections.
