Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Guest Service Host to welcome guests and vendors at our gaming cafes. The role blends service with operations to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding gaming experience.

You will manage cash and POS transactions, prepare and serve food and beverages, document guest activity, and keep the café, restrooms, and gaming areas clean and orderly. This on-site role requires 21+ age, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand for extended periods while delivering

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to operate a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Visually maintain a clean, safe café and gaming area.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
