Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest Service Host for its gaming cafes. The role focuses on welcoming guests, ensuring a top-notch gaming experience, and maintaining clean, orderly spaces.

You will handle POS transactions, monitor guest safety, assist with food and beverages, and support regulators and inspectors as needed. The position requires 21+ and reliable transportation, with a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Must be able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Anticipate customer needs by actively listening and offering tailored solutions.
• Enthusiastically promote marketing initiatives consistently to every guest.
• Accurately document guest activity and records.

• Clean and sanitize café and gaming areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, and common areas maintaining a tidy appearance.
• Prohibit underage patrons from purchasing alcohol or gambling by ID’ing every guest, every time.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage items, ensuring consistent food quality and standards.
