Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Guest Service Host to greet guests and vendors at our gaming cafe locations. You will deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and promote promotions while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key duties include handling cash and POS transactions, recording guest activity, stocking, sanitizing, and upholding regulations. If you are 21+, reliable, and customer-focused, apply to join our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
• Maintain active floor presence for extended periods.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Create memorable guest experiences every shift.
• Anticipate guest needs with tailored solutions.
• Be knowledgeable about gaming machines and features; resolve issues.
• Promote marketing initiatives consistently.
• Document guest activity accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips.
• Prohibit underage guests from alcohol/gambling with ID.
• Communicate business needs to management.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to standard.
• Record cooler/freezer temperatures each shift.
• Complete certification courses within 30 days of hire.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as requested.
