Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Guest Service Host for our gaming cafes. You will welcome guests and vendors, provide exceptional service, and help ensure a memorable gaming experience.

You will handle cash and transactions, maintain cleanliness, and support regulatory compliance during each shift. The role requires 21+ years of age, reliable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills. A POS system is used daily to process sales and records.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Maintain a positive work environment for staff, guests, and vendors.
• Document guest activity and transactions accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of cafe, gaming areas, and restrooms.
• Assist with food/beverage service and basic preparation.
• Report safety hazards and assist inspectors to ensure compliance.
