Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Guest Service Host to be the first point of contact for guests and vendors in our gaming cafe. You will ensure an outstanding experience, greet guests, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, safe environment across cafe, gaming areas, and restrooms.

You will also support regulatory compliance, assist with food/beverage service, and collaborate with team members to deliver memorable visits every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and vendors.
• Greet guests, resolve issues, and promote marketing initiatives.
• Authorize age verification and ensure compliance with liquor/gaming rules.
• Record guest activity, transactions, and deposits accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in cafe, gaming areas, restrooms and common spaces.
• Operate and troubleshoot touch‑screen POS system and cash handling.
