Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Fox Lake, IL seeks a Guest Service Host to be the first contact for guests and vendors at our gaming cafe. You will deliver friendly, efficient service and help maintain a clean, safe environment for an outstanding gaming experience.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating a touch POS, enforcing age restrictions, promoting marketing initiatives, and coordinating with management to keep floors stocked and inviting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS system.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and carry 15 pounds.
• Active floor presence for extended periods.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
• Anticipate customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Know games, machines, and how to resolve issues; promote marketing initiatives.
• Document guest activity and maintain cleanliness of cafe and gaming areas.
• Handle cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips; enforce age restrictions.
• Support liquor, gaming, health, and regulatory inspectors as needed.
• Prepare and serve food/beverage items; monitor temperatures and food quality.
• Complete required certifications within 30 days of hire.
