Paycom is seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team as the face of the restaurant, ensuring memorable and efficient experiences for all guests. You will provide a friendly welcome and address guests' needs promptly to create a positive first impression and a smooth dining flow.

You will learn the menu, assist with reservations, maintain a clean dining area, and support quick turnover with attentive table service. This role emphasizes reliability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Learn the menu, including daily specials and describe how dishes are prepared.
• Greet guests warmly as they enter to create a positive first impression.
• Check the dining room for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments as necessary.
• Help clear and wipe down tables and reset them with utensils and glassware.
• Handle reservations and resolve seating issues promptly, and assist with phone inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Check the dining room constantly for cleanliness and organization and restock condiments on the table as necessary.
