Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Gallery Host to deliver exceptional guest service at our property in Boca Raton. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, issue room keys, and coordinate guest requests while ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience handling check-in and check-out processes.
• Ability to inform guests about services and amenities.
• Comfortable with upselling and following policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate guest requests and inform about hotel services.
• Welcome guests by name when possible and provide beverage/food service as needed.
• Set up and break down meeting spaces and prepare food for meetings/events.
• Follow rate structures, discounts, and upsell strategies.
• Perform cashiering tasks and post charges accurately.
• Respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies and security issues per procedures.
• Cancel room reservations per policy and report repairs as needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and coordinate with team for smooth operations.
