Kolter Hospitality Group is seeking a Lead Gallery Host for Hyatt Place West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, FL. The role manages front desk and food and beverage operations, delivering service excellence and a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities include supervising front desk during shifts, guiding staff on hotel products, handling guest issues, assisting with check-in/check-out, coordinating BEO-based room setups, and managing F&B inventory and FIFO processes.

Qualificações

• Previous hotel Front Desk experience and/or overseeing a team is a plus.
• Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.
• Able to work most weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift.
• Ensure front desk staff is familiar with hotel products and services.
• Handle guest issues courteously and resolve them satisfactorily.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Ensure meeting rooms are set up per banquet event orders (BEO).
• Oversee Food & Beverage inventory and ordering and FIFO processes.
