Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Lead Gallery Host to manage front desk and food & beverage operations, delivering exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, assist with check-ins/outs, and ensure VIP and special room arrangements are pre-blocked as needed.

The ideal candidate has hotel front desk experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a willingness to work weekends/holidays in a fast-paced environment, while upholding safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk experience.
• Experience overseeing/directing a team is a plus.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Punctual, in uniform and ready to serve guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during the assigned shift.
• Ensure front desk staff are familiar with hotel products and services.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Oversee Food & Beverage inventory and ordering.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and reporting is timely.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest and room information.
